This is a video case study of Bank of America’s Home Loan Experience. After the mortgage crisis of 2008/09, prospective homebuyers were understandably wary of taking out a mortgage. In response, we created an interactive experience that guided potential buyers through the entire process in a helpful manner. It showed them what they could comfortably afford, and provided impartial advice.
The site significantly improved consumer trust in the BofA brand, and drove significant traffic to bank branches.
